Trained editor, musician, and photographer. Worked at the Waiblingen District Newspaper and the Stuttgart News. Since 1990, she has been a writer for Zeitenspiegel Reportagen, the first four years of which were as a correspondent in Havana. She was editor-in-chief of Country air Remstal and Mut Magazine and has written three non-fiction books, including the bestseller „Demented, but Not Stupid.“.
