The Gabriel Grüner Student Prize is awarded by Zeitenspiegel Reportagen in collaboration with the Educational Department of the Autonomous Province of Bozen-South Tyrol, the Education Committee of the Municipality of Mals, and the South Tyrolean weekly magazine ff. Freelens presented Schultze's Taiwan project

Annalena Gufler and Fabian Pircher are this year's recipients of the Gabriel Grüner Student Award. Their report on an old farmer in the Passeier Valley was created during a writing workshop led by Zeitenspiegel reporters Uschi Entenmann and Uli Reinhardt in Bolzano.
