Children's Aid Media Prize for Zeitenspiegler
The Zeitenspiegel reporters Bernd Hauser and Sascha Montag and the Spiegel-Reporter Alexandra Rojkov are the winners of the Kindernothilfe Media Award 2023. On the occasion of the award ceremony's 25th anniversary, journalist Isabel Schayani was also honored for her outstanding foreign reporting on children's rights violations.

Journalist Award for Montag and Rübel
The „Zeitenspiegel“ reporters Sascha Montag and Jan Rübel have been awarded the first prize of the Rummelsberger Journalism Prize for their report „Children of Flight.“ The Diakonie honors outstanding contributions to social issues with this award. „The depth and scope of the research convinced us in the winning entry," said juror Alexandra Haderlein in a video message about the article, "for three years..."

Weimar Triangle Prize for Vazzoler
For his project “Through No One Else's Eyes,” Zeitenspiegel photographer Éric Vazzoler will be awarded the Weimar Triangle Prize 2023. From October 2021 to May 2022, on his own initiative, he conducted photo workshops with 25 visually impaired young people from Stuttgart, Strasbourg, and Lodz, including nine who were blind.
