Ski touring is considered a sustainable alternative to the alpine circus. Instead of groomed slopes, lift facilities, or snow cannons, all that's needed is your own muscle power and some skiing skills. And yet, athletes should follow a few rules so that the fun of ski touring doesn't become a threat to nature and animals.
